Our story

2019 Founded

euBackups started in 2019 with a simple observation: European businesses were stuck choosing between overpriced enterprise solutions with lengthy sales cycles, or consumer-grade tools that didn't meet compliance requirements.

We built something different. A self-service platform where any business can sign up, configure their protection strategy, and start securing their data within minutes - no sales calls, no quotes, no waiting.

The technology is powered by Acronis, a global leader in cyber protection. Backup, anti-malware, ransomware defence, and more - all in one platform. We handle everything else: the billing, the support, and the European infrastructure that keeps your data where it belongs.

Today we serve customers across Europe, from freelancers protecting a single laptop to organisations securing hundreds of servers and Microsoft 365 accounts.

The team

euBackups is run by a small team spread across the EU, with our headquarters in Berlin. We handle everything from platform development to customer support. Being small means we can move fast, make decisions quickly, and stay close to the people we serve.
